We are on a mission to pair as many college mentors with elementary students. And with the support of incredible people like you, we've mentored 200+ students so far.

According to research, mentored youth have better attendance in school, a higher self-esteem, and a better chance of going to college. Sprouting Leaders has experienced a growing demand from schools in disadvantaged areas to establish a mentoring program. The funding provided by this initiative will allow Sprouting Leaders to expand the mentoring program to interested schools.
